Girls have anger too
Boys are not the only ones struggling with anger. Gossip, rumors, boys, and
problems at home are the main things that cause anger in teenage girls. The
when we are angered, we feel pressured not to show it. Therefore girls are
confused in ways to handle or deal with it.
There are hundreds of things that cause girls to get angry. The main ones are
also the worst ones. Gossip and rumors get spread extremely fast at high schools
and words get switched around. So by the time another person hears it the rumor
and gossip are worse. One of the other main things causing anger is boys. Girls
love to fight over boys. They have to have the best, hottest, most popular jock
they can get. Before long it will cause a fight between the girls that like
that guy. As a result of that one of those girls could be your best friend. The
last but most important cause, is a girl’s home life; fights between siblings,
parents, and their family members. Whether it’s a family argument or parents
that are divorced or getting divorced it has a major affect on a girl’s life.
Girls depend on their families to be there with them in their times of need.
With all this anger, girls need some way to deal with it.
Most girls do not know how to deal with their anger correctly and in a safe
way. They are just more worried about getting rid of it. So in hope that they
will get rid of their anger girls turn to drugs, alcohol, cutting, and
seclusion. Drugs and alcohol can take your mind off it for the time being, but
won’t completely take it away. A way to take your mind of anger is with pain.
Some girls choose to take razors, safety pins and knives and cut their wrists
and other areas of their bodies. One more way is going into complete seclusion.
They won’t communicate with their family and friends and sometimes won’t even
eat. Girls need to change their ways of dealing with their anger without
hurting themselves or the people around them.
In my opinion
the most affective way to handle your anger is by going to a counselor. There,
you are talking your problems out and learning how to handle things to change
your behavior. It will not only help you but also the people around you. Some
other ways are talking it out with your family and friends. You can keep a
journal and write down your problems in that. Girls can also ignore the gossip
and rumors or walk away from the problems. Therefore, there are better,
healthier ways to deal with your anger.
With all the things that can cause anger, there are more ways to take care of
them. Guys are not the only ones with anger issues and girls need to show it
more that we have anger too. Not showing it in a bad way, but in a way that
shows that we need help too. So next time you get mad, just remember that your not the only one. Girls have anger too.
